Implement the organization's compensation strategy so that outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal and external market position. Design and implement compensation programs to meet objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
These programs include: job evaluation; salary administration; short-term incentive plans; expatriate compensation; executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging. Liaise with managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies appropriate for their business needs and consistent with Inteva’s overall rewards strategy. Analyze and evaluate external market data and internal data about the current and projected employee population to assist in developing salary budgets and forecasts. Select and manage relationships with consultants and suppliers to ensure satisfactory standards of service. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop professionals to ensure the reward strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets and complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards. Manage other specific compensation projects as required. Reports to Vice President Human Resources.

Compensation planning worldwide. Understand trends and make recommendations using third party data and local inputs.
Standardize compensation practices globally
Standardize bonus payments globally, where possible
Oversee US payroll - audit compliance required
Ensure payroll provider is best possible solution at competitive cost
Standardize payroll practices in the US (hourly & Salary)
Oversee UK and Canadian payrolls
Monitor company owned and leased vehicles globally
Special assignments as assigned by VP of Human Resources
Maintain Executive Compensation records
TS Compliance - implement requirements.
Prepare and present presentations as required.
Job Qualifications:

REQUIRED

5+ years of experience in a compensation lead role with a multi-national organization
5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
Demonstrated ability to work with teammates from different countries and cultures
High degree of analytical skills
Knowledge of various software programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab and Visio
Demonstrated ability to take a complex message and delivery in an easy to understand manner
Ability to create coalitions and drive change through thought leader standpoint
PREFERRED

SPHR professional designation a plus
10+ years of Tier I automotive experience
Multi-lingual skills
Experience with ADP payroll
Knowledge of and experience using SAP or SuccessFactors
EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Management, Finance or Human Resources Management required
Master’s in Business Administration preferred
