We have an opening for a Level 65 Finance Director who will partner with the GM of Partner Incentives to own the design and budget management of the Partner Incentive portfolio. The Finance Director responsibilities will include: This role will partner closely with the GM of Partner Incentives to help manage and design the partner incentive portfolio. In addition, the role will manage 3 finance managers with core responsibility for managing and executing across the Incentive portfolio focusing on Enterprise, SMB and Online programs. Core responsibilities will tie in closely with FP&A and include forecasting, expense management as well as planning. In addition, this role will help drive new processes to help determine the success and measurements of each incentive including measuring ROI. Successful candidates will possess very strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Understanding of the Microsoft’s commercial business and project management skills are a necessity. Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines a must. The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills in the following areas: Strategic experience with Microsoft licensing programs Experience with MS Tools - MS Sales, etc. Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Deep analytical skills and problem resolution. Business analytics experience. Virtual team leadership & excellent cross group collaboration skills. Financial management and business planning. Executive presence and experience in senior forums. Experience in influencing decisions and developing strategic plans.


Qualifications: Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in finance or related fields. Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint. Commercial Business experience (SMSP / EPG knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
