Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed established revenue goals. Maintain a highly efficient and results oriented work environment.
Work with the Director of Sales to develop and implement a sales plan and tactics to achieve targeted revenue goals.
Develop and execute group sales strategies to meet individual and companywide sales goals.
Maintain strong professional relationships with all agencies and agents within the assigned territory to drive sales.

Maximize booking conversion.
Minimize the cost of doing business within the territory.
Insure ROI against individual agency marketing spend.
Work with inside sales to schedule all seminars, familiarization trips, trade shows and other calendared events in the territory.
Maintain and update account profiles within the territory.
Maintain and update key contact email distribution list/s.
Work with the Director of Sales to develop strategies that minimize or resolve objections and barriers to sales efficiently.
Monitor commission levels by account and ensure that required sales goals are achieved
Insure high quality client servicing and customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.
