Facebook is seeking a Project Manager to join the Product Operations team within Community Operations. The Product Operations team ensures that Facebook delivers delightful and high-quality experiences to our users. As a Project Manager, you will be a key leader focused on building and operating important strategic programs. In this role you will work directly with cross-functional partners within both the Product and Business organizations at Facebook.

Responsibilities
Identify strategic priorities and lead initiatives to address them
Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, schedule and resources are aligned across groups
Set target deliverable dates and monitor progress throughout project duration
Communicate activities across many cross-functional teams through proper channels and levels
Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions and insure teams are working on programs moving toward higher level company mission and goals
Establish and maintain strong internal partnerships
Apply strong judgement in ambiguous situations
Ensure risks are accounted for and provide risk mitigation strategies
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree
3+ years of experience working in tech, consulting, or an operational capacity
3+ years of experience operating strategic projects with cross-functional partners
Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands
Project management and process-improvement background
Ability to think strategically using analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to think under pressure, both individually and in team environment
