What you have:

You are a seasoned creative director who's tasted the Rose at Cannesalready and knows it’s time...time for you to get further upstream where thereal conversation is being had – with the CMO in the C-Suite.

Art. Copy.Code. You know the power of them separately and importantly,together. You’ve run multiple creativeteams and know the difference between growing leaders and growing followers.You have the chops to dive down in your own craft, if necessary, but yourtalent of late lies in guiding aspiring art directors, storytellers andcreative technologists to use data to surface ideas that drive a businessoutcome, not just an awards show entry.

What you’ll need:

10-15+ years as an Agency Creative Director/Leader
Core Craft skills in Copywriting or Art Direction with an emphasis oncampaign Work. A combination of outstanding:
Awarded Conceptual Skills
AdultPresentation Skills
CoreCopywriting or Art Direction Skills
360Integrated Campaign Skills (Traditional/Digital)
Mentorshipskills
