The Finance Director, reporting directly to the CFO of Visible World, has end-to-end responsibility for the accounting and finance functions of Visible World and leads the day-to-day operations of the finance team. The Finance Director also partners with Visible World senior leadership to support business objectives, ensures an environment of financial integrity, is a positive catalyst for operational excellence and direct performance measurement, and leads and conducts special projects involving financial analysis and research of business issues in order to provide top management with financial data and business advice to support resource allocation decisions and objectives for corporate growth and profitability.

- Directs the preparation and review of monthly operating financial statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and budget data.
- Reviews financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity. Explains related variances to plan and forecast.
- Analyzes all aspects of financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development of product pricing models and related business model and contract analysis
- Manages the business planning cycle for designated functional area(s) by directing the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
- Supports strategic and financial analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Ensures that all Finance department policies and procedures are implemented and monitors for adherence.
- Provides motivation, direction, and leadership for the finance team and adheres to the policies and standards of the Company.
- Conducts and documents moderate-to-complex financial analysis, business analysis, and profitability and cost analysis projects and presents to senior management.
- Participates in various corporate financial accounting projects such as financial systems development and currency management programs.
- Develops ways to continually improve processes to ensure timely and accurate budget analysis for management team.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education Level
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Finance orAccounting
- MBA a plus.
