We are looking for candidates with experience in leading planning teams and business transformations. This role will manage the end-to-end Demand signal process for the Americas across products and channels. This position will primarily engage with Sales and Marketing Executives, Finance leaders, Segment Category Managers and Sales Teams to ensure the America’s SMSG Demand signal is captured, refined and accurately reflected in the demand planning systems. This position will also lead a regional team with strong interaction with the Global Demand Planning team and report to the GM of Operations responsible for Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1.) America’s Demand Planning: Coordinate the consolidation, validation, refinement of the Device demand signal across segments. Manage the submission of the Demand signal across segments and territories. Identify key Demand signal trends, provide business insight and coordinate recommendations/actions.
2.) Demand Plan of Record Management: Monitor variances vs Demand plan of record through proactive performance management. Lead and influence sales and marketing on managing exceptions. Engage with Supply team to identify any impact to supportable demand and communicate actions plans to the field to address gaps.
3.) Process Management: Continuously improve demand signal process. Document and define end-to-end process improvements across functions, systems and stakeholders. Engage with capability teams to ensure alignment in short and long term demand planning system/tool roadmaps.
4.) Stakeholder Management: Represent Demand Planning organization in key stakeholder/segment rhythms, including Operations Strategy & Planning, Product teams, finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.
Qualifications/Experience:
• 10+ years’ experience in Business Mgmt, Planning and/or leading business transformations.
• Experience delivering results across functions and geographies within a matrix environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in demand planning across segments (B2B, B2C, & Direct)

Education:
•4-year Bachelor’s degree, Operations Management, Computer Info Systems, Business Admin, BBA or MBA preferred
