The Partner Development team is dedicated to the development and advancement of the firm's partners. Our primary clients are the partners of the Firm, where ultimately value delivered to the partners is realized as value delivered to the Firm's clients. Working closely with the firm's Partner Development Leader, the Partner Development team will apply their understanding of senior/executive leadership development to integrate business and strategic initiatives and processes and achieve the Partner Development vision. This team will develop, drive and support a wide range of strategic US cross line of service efforts that impact the firm's partner owners. They will provide strategic counsel and operational support to Partner Development Leader and Partner Affairs Leader.

The Partner Development Executive Coaching Center (ECC) within Partner Development supports and advances Partners throughout their career
lifecycle. The Executive Coaches build leadership capabilities through competency based development, transition coaching, performance coaching, legacy coaching, team development and assessment service.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Certification(s) Preferred: Coaching (e.g., ICF PCC) or counseling certifications
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thought leadership and an intimate understanding of a partnership structure and professional services firm environment, emphasizing the following areas:
- Earning the trust and credibility of the Partners;
- Understanding and leveraging methodologies of executive coaching, senior leadership development, group coaching, facilitation and team dynamics required to coach effectively and successfully partners to success;
- Recognizing business practices and management to establish trust and confidence when developing and conducting the coaching relationship.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thought-leader level abilities and success to coaching and develop senior level/C-suite executives to meet the established goals, preferably for a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:
- Managing with P&L or other line leadership know-how to bring and escalate relevant content, increasing credibility with senior executives, and
- Leveraging various leadership and coaching methods, frameworks, and current developments in the executive coaching realm, including leadership communication, emotional intelligence, executive presence, team leadership, influence, positive psychology, somatic work, neuroscience and adult development. Demonstrated ability to:
- Effectively coach Partner level executives, tailoring coaching support to their business, leadership and personal challenges, thereby accelerating their personal development and enabling them to contribute at the highest level throughout their careers;
- Participate in leadership development programs as coach, facilitator, and assessor with both large and small groups of cross line of service Partners in all stages of their Partnership careers;
- Conduct and deliver 360-feedback assessments: tools, as well as stakeholder interview and reporting protocols;
- Build, manage and leverage key relationships with Partners, their reviewing Partners, and other Partner Affairs team members to position and drive the most effective solutions and alignment of the ECC across the firm;
- Work autonomously and be able to influence without direct authority, liase and coordinate with individuals, teams and various stakeholders across all parts of the Firm;
- Create high quality deliverables appropriate for Partners and other senior Firm leadership; and,
- Provide strategic counsel and support to team members in the ECC and within the wider Partner Development team.
