This position is responsible for creating and executing the strategy and development plans for Getty Images’ Image Partner program, including defining new image partner opportunities as well as developing Getty Images’ existing relationships with partners.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as their advocate within Getty Images insuring effective and timely communication between partners and Getty Images and vice versa
• Work across functions with DOPs, Research, Sales and Marketing etc to identify and assess potential Image Partners
• Initiate and manage contract negotiations with potential and existing image partners, including new agreements, extensions and amendments
• Oversee the project management of the implementation of new IP/affiliate relationships, including driving coordination among Legal, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Technology and Content Ops teams to ensure smooth implementation of all IP agreements
• Oversee the creation and delivery of appropriate reports for partners to help them understand and manage their business
• Must act as brand champion for individual partners, while maintaining "one voice" in projecting and implementing Getty Images' Image Partner programs communicating effectively on Getty Images’ strategy.
What You'll Need:
• Minimum of 7 years relevant and/or management experience in this field
• Significant experience in client contract negotiations and business development
• Project management and operational experience preferred
• In depth knowledge of editorial content and existing relationships in that field a plus
• Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships
• Ability to recognize and seek new business opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in synthesizing business requirements and legal issues
• Committed to operating in a transparent and trustworthy manner with image partners and co-workers
• Must be a self-starter
