As a Program Manager you'll be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of key people programs for X. You will build the strategy for all People Programs and how they will achieve the business goals for X. You will partner with other members of the team to ensure the successful delivery of these critical people programs (including performance, compensation, talent review, employment surveys). This role requires strong communication, a heightened attention to detail, superb organizational capabilities, and collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will work closely with the People Operations and Staffing teams, and liaise with other functions and stakeholders across X.

Responsibilities
Program manage the design and implementation of all key HR and Staffing Programs at X from planning through successful execution. This includes leading and participating in the strategic development, execution and analysis of People programs related to headcount, compensation, performance management, communication strategy and other project-related work.
Build out and subsequently manage a team of HR/Staffing Coordinators responsible for end-to-end Staffing and employee lifecycle programs and processes at X.
Partner with the X People Operations team, Legal, Finance and the business to proactively identify needs and introduce efficiencies; create new and improve existing People programs and processes based on needs, seeing each process through from conception to implementation.
Analyze and monitor important people and org metrics to identify issues, trends, and themes that can help inform business decisions and drive process improvements, from re-designing program elements / goals to using technology to streamline and improve program experience and effectiveness. Problem solve for complex business challenges with a people programs lens and lead those respective initiatives.
Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with senior-level audiences; build a network within the company to help expedite problem resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of Project Management experience.
5 years of experience in People Programs and/or Operations.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing teams and complex projects.
Client-service orientation with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
High level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance and flexibility.
Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work.
Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management and multi-tasking skills, strong communication skills, written and verbal and ability to partner and consult with key stakeholders.
