•Partner with cross-functional core stakeholders within both engineering, product management and field teams to lead the technology direction, facilitate key technical decision points, and take the architecture specifications into working engineering outcomes
• Interface with multiple engineering groups in Cisco
• Commit to road maps with capabilities and timelines, with a proven track of product development delivered on time with quality.

Who You Are
You are have experience of leading senior high impact software development teams and previous experience on management software for data center technologies.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
•Demonstrable management experience
•Strong knowledge of one or more of the Compute, Storage or Network domains
•Experience in all phases of SW development & maintenance cycle
•Exposure to agile development methodologies preferred
