We are currently searching for a forward thinking, strategic leader for Intuit’s Sales Channel Marketing team. This is a high visibility role based in our corporate headquarters in Mountain View, CA reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Our Director of Sales Channel Marketing influences across boundaries and Business Units, to create a highly engaged world class go-to-market community. Responsibilities:
Leads, motivates and develops a team of 10-12 marketing professionals
Serves as a strategic thought partner to the BU Marketing leadership and Sales community
Responsible for managing channel marketing holistically and defining and leading strategy
Actively creates an environment where employees can do the best work of their lives. Also broader mentoring of key talent in the community including development, rotation and mobility programs.
Provides strategic and tactical direction for channel sales and marketing including planning and budgeting
Leads cross-functional project teams in a boundary-less way - defines shared outcomes, frames the work to be done & organizes the team to deliver.
Consistently role models and teaches Intuit’s values across the organization, setting the tone and the standard for others
Seeks out marketing best practices and ways to share learnings across the Marketing community
Looks for opportunities for marketing leaders to share Intuit successes externally and position company as a market leader

Qualifications
Qualifications
BA required, MBA is a definite plus
A minimum of 10 years of marketing leadership experience required
SaaS/Global experience a plus
Digital and Brand experience critical
Requires a strategic mindset with capability of engaging in deep business and marketing-related discussions with senior management
Forward-thinking leader with the ability to create strategy, drive decisions and take action, and to roll up their sleeves and dive into the work when needed
Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for attracting and growing talent
Understands the importance of failing forward and encourages hypothesis driven experimentation
