The Investment Management Operations Global Senior Business Manager will report to the Global Investment Management Operations COO and will be responsible for the oversight over the business management function inclusive of ownership over division & silo financials, capacity planning, related management reporting as well as the creation and implementation of regional business management toolset. The individual will partner with various constituencies across the firm, to include Firm, Global Operations COO and senior business manager leads and Morgan Stanley Investment Senior Management.

Senior Business Management Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Global IM Operations senior management team to coordinate financial planning and analysis activities and associated deadlines
- Collaborate with functional area senior management leads in support of financial and resource reporting, cost allocations, activity based costing, and capacity planning for risk and constraints
- Design & Implement Global and regional based financial reporting; leveraging available toolsets
- Partner with Support Services organizations across Finance, HR & Technology
- Manage process and/or provide reporting on Business Planning, RTB/CTB savings and defining strategic operating model and managing execution of business plans
- Develop/enhance various presentations for senior management; inclusive of business reviews for Division Head and Senior Business Partners within Investment Management
- Manage Senior Management Communications & Management meetings; inclusive of Townhall planning, Semi Annual Strategy/Planning Sessions
- Drive operating model efficiency reviews and associated implementation plans
- Assess global footprint and partner with functional leads and COO to evaluate & further define appropriate Location Strategy model for the organization
- Support benchmarking reviews against internal and external operating costs

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in financial services industry, Operations roles and/or business/budget management functions. Investment Management knowledge a plus.
- Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills with ability to tailor message to audience or varying levels
- Proven ability to collaborate across functional areas, developing relationships, setting strategy and driving agendas
- Results driven
- Strong process management and deep analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with strong sense of accountability/ownership
- Delegate effectively and manage delivery of a wide range of tasks and initiatives
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point able to develop presentations for senior management
- Ability to multi-task
- Management experience leading global team/comfortable with matrix based reporting lines.
