What You'll Do
• As a world-class leader of our Services Marketing group you will be responsible for assessing current and future market conditions, services messaging, positioning, and changing customer/prospect dynamics
• You will create and communicate a market position that is differentiated and defensible

• You will own and evolve content creation process, responsible for creating outbound services marketing toolkit - Develop services positioning and messaging for sales programs. Content creation also includes blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, ebooks, info graphics, videos, customer proof points and references and more
• You'll create, execute and maintain the strategic marketing plan
• You will be responsible for creating and executing on impactful content targeted to specific audiences covering IT professional, managed and support services
• You'll partner with cross-functional core stakeholders within both services product management, ESM content and field teams to lead the services direction, facilitate key decision points on services
• You must understand market share, competitor’s marketing and sales program activities. Analyze and ensure differentiation in the services market in the region
• You will track content performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and relevance of content in the field

Who You Are
• 15+ years of experience in product marketing in a high tech role, specifically as relating to product and services marketing, sales, customer, competitive and market intelligence
• Broad technology awareness balanced with an intellectual curiosity for the new and how services can promote and sustain their adoption.
• A leader who has built world-class teams
• Ability to demonstrate awareness of the latest marketing trends (outward focused)
• Ability to collaborate, lead and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to create content or presentations that are clearly written and succinct, comfortable presenting to small groups, internal stakeholders, and external communities including analysts, press, partners, and customers
• Experience in working with sales and channel teams
• BA/BS degree required. Master or MBA a plus
• An established track record of developing impactful marketing content from conception through to execution for at least two types of ITS services.
• Highly creative with a proven ability to develop and manage engaging and original campaigns through different channels.
• Experienced in all stages of creating a successful content campaign (i.e. planning, strategy, execution and distribution).
• Comfortable collaborating with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team
• Self-motivated and has the ability to motivate and influence others
