Twitter is looking for an exceptional product leader to help us drive the vision and execution of ad products that cater to performance marketing. This includes overseeing a suite of measurement, targeting, ad formats and optimization products, such as Twitter’s tailored audiences and look-alike targeting; app install ads; and web and app conversion tracking. As a key leader in the ads product team, you will lead a team of product managers, mentoring them through all facets of product development from setting product vision, to establishing the pace of product execution, and raising the bar on ideas from individual teams. You will also be responsible for directly driving the development of some key products yourself.

What You’ll Do

As part of developing the vision for Twitter’s Performance Ads products, you will synthesize the needs of direct response marketers; perform market and competitor analysis; and determine product priorities for your team. You will build products that will deliver a compelling consumer experience, in addition to providing monetization opportunities for our advertising customers.


Who You Are

You will be the internal champion for your product area and will articulate your vision to various stakeholders, including Twitter’s executive management team.

Responsibilities

Research and synthesize the needs of performance marketing customers across measurement, ad formats, and targeting.
Develop a compelling vision and strategic product roadmap for our performance advertising products.
Drive partnership discussions and integrations with our strategic measurement partners.
Communicate product vision and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and execute upon build, buy, or partner strategy for various aspects of the product solution.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, product marketing, and sales research to build amazing products for our advertising customers.
Manage and coach a team of product managers who will be responsible for individual product lines within your area.
Qualifications:
Minimum of seven years of product management experience with advertiser-facing Internet products and technologies, preferably within social media or mobile
Computer science or engineering background strongly preferred; MBA a plus
Understanding of performance marketer needs across measurement, creative, and targeting
Prior experience with cookie and mobile measurement technologies and direct response marketing a strong plus
Leadership and management skills. Have previously managed a team of product managers.
Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling vision
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, especially mobile, cross-device and programmatic, a strong plus
