Director National Retail Go-to-Market Job Sprint Overland Park

Responsible for working with the channel to identify business opportunities and gaps and prioritize Go to Market Activities. Coordinates and facilitates activities with Marketing, Multi-Chanel Operations and the Field to enable successful execution. Facilitates post-launch assessment and next steps.
Prioritizes Prepaid and Postpaid National Retail programs and projects based on business needs and channel goals
Communicates GTM overview and competitive positioning of new programs to the channel

Confirms assessment of customer experience impacts, makes changes as needed
Identifies business requirements for training and communication to the front line and coordinates creation, distribution and compliance tracking
Coordinates GTM "package" so all supporting elements are understood by NAMs and other field support roles working with National Retailers
Works with the field and Merchandising to evaluate the best way to create plan-o-grams, collateral, fixtures, signs, customer flyers, etc. to drive a competitive advantage within specific National Retailers
Coordinates postpaid and pre-paid operational support to ensure new processes, tools, peripheral, etc. updates are made and understood by the front line and are working correctly
Coordinates with Sprint's Product Group to ensure products and reverse/forward logistics processes are well understood by National Retailers
Coordinates changes to incentive compensation and/or contests to drive focus
Works with reporting team to provide visibility on metric success and operational compliance
Evaluates program success and makes changes for continuous improvements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
Ten years of progressive management experience in a Marketing role
Five years of experience in creating strategic marketing plans
Three years of experience managing capital, operating expense, and labor budgets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with rolling out national programs and new products for major brands
Background in direct delivery services
Experience driving marketing for national campaigns in local markets
Degree in marketing or related fields
Detailed-oriented with ability to oversee projects from origin through execution.
Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a high growth, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-starter, entrepreneurial with hands on approach towards business
