The Director of Lending Treatments will report to the Vice President, Lending Engagement & Management, and will be part of the Global Consumer Lending organization.
This position is responsible for managing and enhancing key lending treatments to drive Organic AR growth for the US Consumer Card portfolio. Key treatments include both core programs, such as line increases, promotional pricing, and balance transfer as well as testing into newer treatments and channel approaches (spend stimulation, MYCA placements).
The director of lending treatments will design the treatment approach in order to grow Amex share-of-wallet and lead the development of new treatments with input from key partners. They will partner closely with the Customer Marketing team on the engagement strategy for treatments across the channels as well to define annual marketing plans, review results, and enhance treatments based on competition, performance reviews and the like. The position reports to the VP Lending Engagement & Management.

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment to deliver multiple priorities under tight deadlines
