Responsibilities
Channel business owner and point of contact for customer development, work as liaison to other parts of the organization including category management and brand marketing to ensure that the strategic plan incorporates critical data inputs regarding customer expectations, capacity constraints, technical capabilities, resource limitations and consumer insights
Watch: Career Advice Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow ARYZTA North America’s retail business utilizing industry, competitive market and financial data
Create a product development roadmap for the retail partners and distributor network based on consumer and customer trends and needs that can be executed by the Company and lead the commercialization of initiatives delivering mutual growth for ARYZTA and our partners
Project manage customer-specific initiatives requiring close partnership with key distribution customers, and creating the supporting information to ensure all parties are engaged and informed on a regular basis
Create business briefs to effectively communicate product objectives, pricing, specifications, requirements and ROI to cross-functional teammates
Publish KPI and other managerial reports to effectively communicate performance
Develop appropriate sales communications for new items and marketing program launches including customer-facing presentation decks, sell sheets and sales collateral
Analyze sales and consumer research data, identify business opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize strategies and tactics
Manage conventions and trade show participation for the Company, including but not limited to strategy, messaging, booth procurement, outside service contracting, staffing and materials
Be an innovator and help drive the ideation process with R&D
Manage projects, timelines and budgets to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations

Required Skills
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
8+ years of customer-facing or category management experience in the CPG/Food industry
Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to make business decisions in situations where there is either too much or not enough data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well cross-functionally
Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong analytical skills; ability to link strategies and objectives to tactics.
Creative in approach to problem solving
A college degree in a business field; marketing preferred
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
