Watch: Career Advice The charter of the Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) Team is to drive the effectiveness of the insides sales model through close interlock and alignment with the BGs, Areas, Segments, Partners, and other key focused teams. The O365 Inside Sales Specialist will report directly to the WW Inside Sales Inside Sales Specialist Leader. The O365 Inside Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in forming business partnerships with the O365 key stakeholders in achieving the business goals, primarily focused on the achievement of the sales goals of O365. This role is responsible for establishing the O365 Center of Excellence for the intersection of O365 and demand response. He or she will work closely with BGs, Areas and other specialty teams to gather insight, collaborate, leverage existing and create new strategies, programs and offers that will drive awareness, demand, sales and consumption in the market, via multiple routes to market.
A successful candidate will have the ability to combine demand response, workload and sales expertise to maximize the performance of the insides sales teams across the hubs and satellites to achieve double digit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement O365 Center of Excellence to align with O365 BG goals including the creation of scorecards and metrics.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with BGs and Areas.
Engage with and provide specialist support to hubs and satellites with O365 capacity and resourcing recommendations, demand gen effectiveness, sales skill set requirements, knowledge transfer, and KPIs by specialist category.
Helps below average hubs and satellite O365 performers to be raised to the average (at minimum) across hubs and satellites.
Provides O365 sales pipeline and visibility into sales activity across hubs.
Participates in the creation and alignment around O365 specific deliverables in the Framework Agreements with BGs and Areas.
Requirements
• 8+ years’ senior level experience driving sales/demand gen, especially with a specialist sales population
• Knowledge of sales, demand gen, technology is preferred, particularly with O365 or equivalent.
• Proven strength in positions of sales, technical and/or change leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
• Proven ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal/self-aware, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
• Results oriented team player who leads by example, holds him or herself accountable for performance, takes absolute ownership, and champions all aspects of the inside sales specialist process
• Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs.
Key Qualifications
Education
BS Degree in Business or equivalent and/or applicable work related experience. MBA is a plus
