The Director of WW Partner Enablement has overall responsibility for the development and execution of high impact global partner enablement program(s) and framework to support Citrixs strategic partner objectives. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing channel strategy and programs. Develop, implement and manage comprehensive global partner enablement program(s) to meet revenue goals
Set strategy and manage execution of global Partner enablement programs
Enablement platform governance, curation and content management
Establish sales enablement objectives for the channel
Manage virtual global partner enablement team (WW, Product, GEO)
Define requirements for content development
Enhance partner onboarding program(s)
Define required product launch materials and training programs to drive channel adoption
Qualifications and Requirements (Education, Certification, Training and Experience)
Bachelor degree in Marketing from accredited University is required; Masters degree is preferred
6+ years management in Channel Enablement or Programs
Demonstrated channel strategy experience within a $1B+ technology company strongly preferred
