The Director, Readiness & Outcomes, Dragon Medical Services, is responsible for revenue conversion for all Dragon Medical Services. This position will be the subject matter expert for all the technologies in the DMS space and will have responsibility for a Readiness & Outcomes team. This position will provide leadership to staff and collaborate with associates at all levels of the organization to meet objectives and achieve measureable performance outcomes for the DMS organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, this position requires a self-starter with a unique blend of strategic market insight, analytical thinking and delivery skills, communication skills, and healthcare industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate/partner cross functionally to inform brand strategies, tactics, and the delivery of value propositions for products and solution under responsibility.
Demonstrates full and complete understanding of all DMS strategies with the ability to integrate up-to-date clinical and market thought processes.
Maintains revenue conversion for all DMS from backlog to go-live.
Develop performance measures that support quality, on-time, and under budget delivery of projects and eliminates barriers to success for DMS.
Drives backlog management and speed to revenue discipline.
Accountable for establishing customer success roadmap and deliver business and clinical outcomes for all DMS portfolio solutions.
Manage a team of project managers and will have dotted line oversight for field service engineers and trainers, including 2-5 direct reports
Must have understanding of the P&L and be able to deliver all projects with unwavering quality, while on time and under budget.
Owns internal and external benchmarking before/after customer and Nuance performance and satisfaction.
Own and drive early user adoption and success of all Dragon Medical solutions.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction (NPS and KLAS)
Requirements:

Ten plus years of experience in the healthcare technology industry.
Superior organization and planning skills to plan and prioritize work and respond to conflicting deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills on all levels.
Excellent analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions/options, evaluate and enable improved processes.
Leadership skills including coaching and conflict resolution.
Experienced with Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
Healthcare experience required.
Significant experience using project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project).
Knowledge of project lifecycle requirements established by Project Management Institute (PMI).

Preferred Skills:

Project Management certification Project Management Professional (PMP) or specialized training strongly preferred.
Consulting experience, knowledge of Speech recognition and transcription systems a plus.
Basic knowledge of electronic medical records systems, electronic physician documentation biomedical informatics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Clinical Language Understanding (CLU).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related field is required.
Graduate University degree in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or Computer Science, or extensive work experience managing customer deliverables is preferred.
