Director, Product Management at Citrix in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Lead the product strategy for Citrix software products. Specifically, direct the definition, communication and implementation of the product strategy for Citrix Insight Services and Citrix Smart Services while applying deep and broad knowledge and understanding of industry and technology advances. Gather, organize, and prioritize a list of customer requirements and market opportunities while forging a consensus among the organization for an optimal product roadmap.

Apply expertise with industry and technology advances to predict business impacts. Lead the acquisition of competitor product knowledge and effectively communicate Citrix’s market positioning strategy to stakeholders throughout Citrix. Draw upon experience with content management methodologies and technologies, component content management systems, human-centered design, and enterprise content and knowledge management theory to serve as a spokesperson and advocate in championing Citrix Insight Services and Citrix Smart Service offerings to customers and the business. Define metrics for success, including service usage, opt-in rates, conversion rates, and closed-loop outcomes. Write product requirements and definitions. Determine priority of product features and API requirements with engineering to assist with the development of new products and to improve existing products. Make decisions regarding user interface designs, drawing upon experience with user interface design theories and methodologies. Identify emerging opportunities to enhance the value of instrumentation across Citrix products, including supportability, diagnostics, telemetry, and utilization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, electronic engineering, engineering or a related technical field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience leading content strategy for software products. All stated experience must include: content management methodologies and technologies; component content management systems; human-centered design; translating user research into design decisions; enterprise content and knowledge management theory; and user interface design theories and methodologies. Must pass company technical review.
