This chosen leader will drive a team that is charged with the product lifecycle management of the services lines of business to ensure we have profitable offerings that meet Juniper’s customers’ service and support needs. The portfolio team will support the installed base of products and help develop new offerings based on market and customer needs.
Watch: Career Advice The Portfolio Management leader will partner with the product development organization to ensure that the service offerings and capabilities are suitable for the technology adoption needs. This leader will also partner with marketing and sales to contribute to the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the service line positioning and key customer benefits.
Major focus areas include but are not limited to:
Manage the lifecycle of Juniper services portfolio encompassing customer support, advanced services, professional services, partner offerings and solutions.
Manage the service portfolio lifecycle – rationalize and align across lines of business and the Juniper product portfolio and Go-To-Market motion.
Champion the access and availability of the information required to sell and support Juniper services, and also help develop leading edge materials.
Requirements:
Technical and strategic understanding of networking industry and technology needs, trends and transitions and the reasons for their application.
Services background with a technology company preferred.
Demonstrated career success, success leading a team and growing a business.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful service offering throughout its lifecycle.
Creative thinker with the ability to identify customer needs and market opportunities to prioritize, plan and align the portfolio to enable a differentiated customer experience.
Demonstrable experience managing an overall portfolio roadmap from service strategy while creating business plans, gaining executive sponsorship, partnering with cross-functional teams and successfully executing new product introduction plans
Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results
Ability to present to and influence executive leadership
Ability to effectively navigate the internal organization to resolve issues and achieve objectives
Ability to travel up to 30% of time

10 + years of Marketing and Product Management experience in the technology industry with some of it in Services.
5 + years of experience in Networking industry
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
