GRE is seeking a Global Workplace Strategy Director - Digital Solutions to plan and execute digital workplace investments that yield real value to our business and employees. BCG is making significant investments into our Workplace and the integration of innovative space, technology and service solutions is key to retaining and attracting the best talent to our organization.

BCG has a portfolio of more than 3m sqft in 6 of the 7 continents, with significant real estate activity as we grow and migrate toward a new workplace strategy. In a typical year we will see a build out pipeline of approximately 20 projects ranging from full fit-out, to pocket construction and expansion activity.

Enhancing our employee experience and adapting our portfolio calls for ever-faster incorporation of digital elements into our workplace. To achieve this objective, the Global Workplace Strategy Director – Digital Solutions will work with our global, regional and local business and Technology leadership to envision a new approach to a digital workplace creating BCG's digital workplace vision and execution strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and shape the digital side of BCG's Workplace Strategy, including which is comprised of the technology experience, physical workplace, and employee services
Plan and execute digital workplace investments that yield real value to BCG's business and employees
Improve employee effectiveness and satisfaction
Envision and evolve BCG employees' workplace experience to support new work styles
Assess and deploy new technology for our increasingly digital workplace
Partner with the GRE Workplace Strategy Director to integrate technology solutions into holistic Workplace strategy defined by space, technology and services
Work with business leaders and Technology functions on definition of business and employee needs and develop a roadmap for digital workplace investment areas
Assess performance of existing digital workplace initiatives and investments , and develop a framework for measuring value as solutions evolve
Develop governance structure for digital workplace technology investments
Integrate with GRE Capital Projects workstream to forecast and monitor IT/AV and other technology spend
Develop internal marketing material to inspire local and global stakeholders on how the digital workplace will impact and enhance our employee experience and yield wider benefits to our business
Develop communication material to explain, commend and market proposed digital workplace initiatives and investments in plain language that reflects BCG's culture and values
Direct/work with (future) GRE Workplace Experience execution team to oversee implementation of digital workplace strategy and to inform adaptation and customization based on local office or business segment needs
Work with GRE Workplace Experience execution team and Workplace IT Architect on blueprint for individual BCG office segments and BCG's alternative business models
Integrate with all relevant Technology functions to ensure execution feasibility and full alignment of digital workplace strategy with all BCG technology investments and initiatives
Work and connect with relevant industry and peers to stay at forefront of innovation in workplace, technology and employee experience field
Basic Job Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree preferred or significant experience in the relevant fields, such as IT architecture or design, Workplace design, business strategy, marketing or another relevant field
An outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered Workplace/Technology design capabilities across a diverse range of projects
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in the corporate commercial sector
