To direct the team responsible for the promotion and global adoption of Dassault Systemes SIMULIA solutions for classroom education and research at Colleges and Universities.

Position Description
Provides direction and guidance to SIMULIA academic team to achieve wider adoption and growth in revenue from direct and indirect sales of academic products.
Works with the Dassault Systemes Global Academia team to ensure that the SIMULIA academic program is scalable and integrated well with the holistic DS academic strategy.
Lead transformative initiatives to ensure a larger footprint of SIMULIA academic portfolio in universities for research and teaching.
Supports and guides R&D in the portfolio evolution of all the SIMULIA offers relevant for Academia & Research.

Requirements
Background :
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline
15 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership position
Experience leading a diverse, global team
Passion for educating future engineers
Experience in giving presentations to Deans or “C” level decision makers
Ability to communicate effectively
Capacity to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment
Effectively develop and deliver objectives and get commitment of team members
Understanding of or experience using SIMULIA software
Competencies :
