The Director - Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies (MRO) Center of Excellence (COE), provides global leadership to PepsiCo's Foods and Beverages Businesses, managing a spend of ≈ $500MM.
The COE is responsible for setting strategic direction for the category and developing programs that deliver improved total cost of ownership aligned to local market conditions.
The COE is recognized as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MRO topics, a clearinghouse for best practice sharing, and is a vehicle for accelerated knowledge transfer to the local Businesses.

The COE is wired to Market Supply Offices (MSOs), establishing a fluid transfer of field generated best practices across the Businesses and to implement centrally led initiatives, establishing consistency in the category and leveraging the Power of One.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required preferably in a technical/scientific discipline
MBA preferred
5-10 years' experience in Procurement
Demonstrated history of developing and effectively deploying procurement strategies across geographies and Businesses
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management in multicultural settings
English language required, additional languages a plus, but not required
Successfully demonstrated the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet common & or exceed objectives
