Director Revenue Operations Campaign Monitor San Francisco

As our Director of Revenue Operations you will be responsible for all things associated with Campaign Monitor’s revenue; reporting directly to our VP of Business Operations. You will be taking a critical look at our entire quote-to-cash process; make improvements and then completely owning that process. You will also be the go-to person for our Sales team when they need support creating deals and deal structuring; all the while making sure everything is accurately recorded in Salesforce. Overall, you are an expert in implementing processes and systems that support the business and operations functions. And most importantly, you are extremely detail oriented and have great communication!

What Will You Be Doing?
Design, own and manage the entire quote-to-cash process:
Manage all opportunities in Salesforce for Sales team
Invoice customers
Deal structuring and support
Contract renewals
Maximize value and use of Salesforce by implementing best practices and ensuring internal adoption, working alongside Vivek (our Salesforce Solutions Architect), to make sure everything in Salesforce is also clear and easy to use for our Sales team. You will also need to continue to monitor Salesforce to makes sure all reports are up to date, accurate and clean
Manage sales compensation; design the payout and oversee it
Provide support for sales teams regarding deal structure
Identify opportunities for improvement with sales process and contract negotiation
What Does a Strong Candidate Look Like?
7+ years experience with revenue operations, sales operations and project management
Strong attention to detail
Salesforce pro
Experience building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success
Proven expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes
Extensive experience pulling and creating sales reports in Salesforce
Relevant SaaS Sales Operations experience
Exposure to large volumes of subscription customers
Ability to understand broader business objectives and break down into specific tactical requirements, then prioritize and execute against them
Ability to communicate effectively
Comfortable in fast paced, dynamic environment
