Your responsibilities will be but not limited to
Assist in project initiation, project scope, project planning, project budgeting, project control, and project quality control of projects of low to medium level of complexity and risk
Ensure regular client connects and address client concerns on time and upto client satisfaction

Assist in identifying IT tasks, resources and aligning dates with those resources
Clearly defines and communicates responsibilities and effort of business and IS project resources to these resources and their management
Ensure all relevant IT areas are represented at the project meetings
Track the IT progress of projects and data entry into tracking tool
Track IT budgets and expenditures
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues
Manages project activities in adherence to the standards at all client sites
Performs other duties as assigned
Should be well verse in client management
The applicant will have
Minimum 12 years of experience in the IT industry
Managed large sized engagements providing end-to-end infrastructure services covering all towers viz. Datacenter, network, helpdesk, storage & backup, DBA, Compute
Experience of driving transformation projects related to datacenter consolidation, network optimization, migration to cloud etc.
Experience of managing complex transitions including rebadging
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle CXO level stakeholders
Excellent negotiation skills
Experience of handling commercial aspects of an engagement including contract negotiations
Experience of handling multiple vendor contracts for service delivery
Ability to deliver services and adherence to SLAs through onsite-offshore delivery model
Good to have
experience of managing hostile transitions
ability to generate additional revenue through business development
