Support the Implementation, monitoring and testing of all WPUS Compliance risk policies. Improve those policies, procedures and processes to ensure they continue to support the business in complying with regulatory requirements.
Assess group training needs for employees and develop group training plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop training content, acting as a subject matter expert, and facilitate, deliver and track training completion.
Lead on the design and implementation of the WPUS Compliance communication and training strategy to raise employee awareness of their regulatory obligations. Ensure delivery through other stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Corporate communications and Learning and Development.
Establish effective oversight of the filing of appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
Monitor relevant US regulatory developments and advise the business of any regulatory changes as required and develop, agree & execute targeted and proportional action plans to mitigate risks.
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and answer general queries to support the business. Serve as thought leader and internal consultant to business stakeholders on compliance matters.
Provide commercially minded and timely guidance, advice and training to ensure that WPUS meets its regulatory obligations, specifically Compliance and financial crime related.
Project manage either technical or manual system implementation of regulatory policies or processes.
Support the VP Compliance leader to manage relationships with regulators and sponsor partners.

Actively contribute to the development and improvement of the WPUS compliance program. Contribute to and assist in the maintenance of the Risk Assessment.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
Knowledge US regulatory standards including Federal Reserve Regulations, BSA/AML and FCPA
Excellent communication skills at all levels, including senior management and external agencies.
Experience in the preparation of impactful & insightful management information & other reports to internal and external audiences, including regulators
5-8 years of relevant Compliance/financial crime or other risk management experience
