Executive IT leadership role partnering with US business areas for Integrated Account Management and Commercial Information Management. This position will lead the overall governance of IT programs and services supporting the above stated business areas. The role will drive strategic IT enablement of advanced Customer Sales contracting analytics and decision support and commercial information management. This position requires an individual who can provide strategic direction and critical thought leadership and advance multiple integrated solutions to enable the US Market’s strategy and objectives in a matrixed and complex environment.

Serve as the lead relationship manager for the SVP of Integrated Account Management within the US Sales and Marketing Human Health organization and business lead of commercial Information Management
Oversight of multi-million dollar US Market IT programs spanning operational and strategic needs of the organization
IT capability development and evolution in support of the US Market
Strategy development and associated IT roadmap for next generation data architecture that will align and support the ongoing business strategy.
High degree of alignment and influence required with
US Sales and Marketing and Strategy Realization organizations
IT platform and delivery teams
Strategic external suppliers/vendors
Position will interface with executive business leadership
Qualifications
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
Recognized as a strong leader on teams and business relations and has the ability to influence and motivate team members and those in senior management
10+ years in leadership position in Pharmaceutical Life Sciences
Ability to effectively partner at all levels of the organization
Experience effectively managing vendor partnerships
Demonstrated situational leadership and creative problem solving within organizations and teams
Ability to understand details, but keep overall “big picture” view of projects and strategies
Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with client organizations and across technology teams
Experience with Customer Sales Contracting within US Pharmaceutical environment
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Strong business acumen in the pharmaceutical industry
Broad knowledge of technology with experience in the type of information and systems that support a commercial pharmaceutical headquarters
