The Director of Sales Channel Marketing has responsibility across QuickBooks and TurboTax brands in the $900M channel sales organization. In this unique role, you will lead a team of marketers and analysts to drive innovation, growth, and customer success. You will provide thought leadership in creating unique experiences for our SaaS prospects and high value customers. Thinks end to end from acquisition marketing through the customer care experience and designs delightful channel sales experiences.
Owns the 1-year and 3-year plans for the sales channels
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of their functional area and sets business strategies in support of Intuit objectives
Ensures the organization’s marketing, sales channels, and product strategies are aligned
Ensures team is appropriately resourced to find and activate big insights
Assesses the impact of internal and external environmental factors for multiple products and markets
Monitors trends, directions and champions experiments for untapped growth opportunities that lead to tangible results that will scale
Understands motivation of teams and provides inspirational leadership
Serves as a role model and teaches use of Intuit Frameworks and process such as our values and performance management
Develops and promotes talent with a track record for high achieving teams that are sought after for mobility
Analytical and presentation “chops”. Has uncanny ability to simplify the complex when diagnosing business performance.
Qualifications

Ensures team is appropriately resourced to find and activate big insights
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of their functional area and sets business strategies in support of Intuit objectives
Assesses the impact of internal and external environmental factors for multiple products and markets
Ensures the organization’s marketing, channels and product strategies are aligned
Owns the 1-year and 3-year plans for the businesses and offering(s) for which they are responsible
Drives strategies that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio, not just his/her business
Plays leadership role in creating clear product line-up and awesome customer experiences with consistent insight driven messaging in support of well-defined product positioning, customer benefit and reasons to believe
Represents Intuit externally as an innovative company and attracts new opportunities and talent through awesome marketing
Leads cross-business or cross-company initiatives with impact beyond their direct team or product
Plays a leading role in setting Integrated Marketing strategy, optimizing overall ROMI, and defining best practices for digital and social marketing
Monitors trends, directions and champions experiments with new tools and techniques for digital marketing and social media for untapped growth opportunities that lead to tangible results that will scale
Plays a leading role in setting policy and defining best practices for analytics and data-driven marketing
Actively assesses and brings in external best practices and tools/techniques to increase analytic capabilities and effectiveness
Pro-actively identifies opportunities to help others learn as teacher, coach and mentor
