• Engage closely with the Customer, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal teams to bring the product to market and to support the product once the product is launched
• Work across cross-functional teams to create and execute the vision for the product and be the voice of the customer, routinely collaborating with and influencing colleagues in Business Development, Operations and Engineering

• Assist in managing the product P&L to maximize revenue and profit margins while ensuring product performs at or better than target. Active role in managing cost vs performance trade-offs.
• Drive Product cost reduction initiatives
• Assist in contract negotiations
Job Requirements:
• 10+ years of product development or customer marketing experience for a component business
• BS Engineering with MBA preferred
• Solid technical knowledge and program management experience
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build-up and lead a virtual team and a willingness to roll-up the sleeves to drive execution and results
• Self-directed and able to work effectively across Business Development, Operations and Engineering teams
• Strategic thinker able to handle complexity and ambiguity
• Willing to travel (up to 30%) internationally
