You will also be responsible for directing all collaboration activities with our external vendors. Responsibilities:

Directing R&D on MEMS based optical cross-connect
Directing collaboration activities with external vendors/institutions
Designing innovative solutions with new technologies
Requirements:

More than 10 years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of wafer processing/testing and optical technologies
Highly self motivated and with leadership capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PhD in Applied Physics, EE, or Material Science preferred
