We are merging S&OP and Transportation Volume Planning into a single Operations Resource Planning group centralizing all activities related to flow of inventory, driving an integrated set of processes and software that manages resource planning end-to-end. In 2017, we will focus on automating the most impactful and resource consuming pieces of the planning process, starting with automating the integration between S&OP and downstream processes such as transportation and labor to create a unified plan.

We will develop a new FC-level S&OP workflow with new planning granularity to be deployed WW. We will also extend all planning systems to operate at a region level (Pan-EU/NAFN) to better align with how these businesses operate. Finally, we will transform the existing backlog management system from one that just provides reporting and visibility into one that directly triggers other systems to take actions. We will automate 98% of the S&OP planning process for Retail business and backlog management, while reducing the FC-level variance saving $12.7MM annualized in outbound transportation and $7.3MM in labor costs.
Basic Qualifications

* BS/BSE in Math / Stats / Computer Science / Engineering / Business / Operations or equivalent
* 10+ years of relevant experience

* Masters in Math / Stats / Computer Science / Engineering / Business / Operations or equivalent
