Aggregates XFINITY mobile plans across marketing leads. Ensures the development and implementation of a quarterly XFINITY Mobile Playbook plans to achieve all subscriber and revenue growth goals.
Engages key stakeholders across regions, divisions, and area personnel on the development, coordination, and implementation of Marketing plans.
Acts as a liaison between Region, Division, Corporate, and System Marketing personnel to ensure that each group is informed of most recent marketing plans and has the ability to implement them
Ensures that communication of current initiatives, promotions, and campaigns are accurately, timely, and effectively communicated to all appropriate personnel at all levels and departments
Keeps the schedule and works across the team to keep us on schedule for key launch timeframes
Oversees and provides direction for market and competitor analysis for Marketing.
Coordinates across Marketing leads to develop analyze and forecast product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices, and sales trends.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree a plus
10+ years experience in operations, marketing, and/or program management
Expert excel and power point user
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun but fast paced and changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence
Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results
