What you’ll need:
• At least 10 years’ experience in a full-service communications agency, preferably in account management or strategic planning roles
• At least five years’ in a leadership position, heading up a large team
• Substantial experience of working across global and U.S. markets
• Experience of creating new capability in a team or function
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience of managing creative people
• An advanced level of written and spoken English
