ADP is hiring a Director, HPCM Architect. The Hyperion Profitability & Cost Management Business lead will be responsible for the research and requirements of cost allocation, profitability management & management reporting solutions using Hyperion Profitability & Cost Management (HPCM) and/or Oracle Essbase. Familiarity with Management allocation processes, formulas and extraction of requirements to build new process.

Knowledge of Hyperion EPM reporting suite, including Smart View & Essbase foundation are important for the job. Expertise with Excel analytical model analysis and development, along with Financial Analysis and familiarity with accounting concepts. Candidates must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, and show strong communicating with both with finance and project managers. They should be able to demonstrate previous experience delivering full life cycle implementations utilizing HPCM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate with 15+ years of experience who has expertise in HPCM as a Tech functional.
Looking for candidates with exposure on management ledger applications, transactional data definition, drivers, allocation concepts and product profitability
Should possess experience in end to end development of HPCM applications and Solution and Architecture designs
Strong foundation with Financial Analysis and Accounting concepts.
Will be responsible for analysis & support of design for cost allocation and reporting solutions using HPCM and Essbase ASO cubes with strong understanding of dimension library and application library and planning integrations.
Should be able to handle functional aspects of allocations and HPCM Management module
Knowledge of revenue and cost allocation concepts to derive profitability
Familiarity with financial analysis and accounting concepts are mandatory
Upgrades, health checks, testing strategies.
This individual will also assist with the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), status reporting, update calls, upgrades, testing strategies and presentations to upper-management.
Required Education

Bachelor's in MIS, Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance
