Director of Sales Mutual Mobile - Austin, Texas


Job Description

Mutual Mobile is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our enterprise sales team. We create custom mobile software solutions for the world's leading business and brands, that often involve working with a variety of the client's internal decision makers to reach shared goals that provide attainable value for both parties.

The Director of Sales will be expected to handle the day-to-day strategic guidance and support structure for their business development team, as well as be heavily involved in the sales process, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the overall business of Mutual Mobile, including all aspects of service capabilities and product offerings.
  • Growing the business development pipeline: implement structure and best practices to create a more effective business development team
  • Opportunity management: working with business development team, consultants, and executive sponsors to ensure solid progress towards closing the opportunity.
  • Management and development of sales teams
  • Negotiation: handling senior-level negotiations with clients and channel partners

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience leading medium and/or large sales teams
  • Extensive experience selling products and/or services with value based pricing models
  • Extensive experience leading transactions in excess of $1M
  • Experience in mobile preferred
  • Experience with custom software development
  • Global perspective and expertise
