ADP is hiring a Director, Oracle EBS Fuctional Expert. The Oracle EBS Functional Expert will be responsible for leading the multi-year solutioning, design and implementation of a global financials system. Initial scope includes mapping and deploying a global chart of accounts and global General Ledger with integration to downstream HFM Consolidation, Hyperion Planning, HPCM Allocations, Hyperion Smartview and OBIEE reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate with 10+ years of experience with delivering global end-to-end Oracle EBS based solutions
Expert knowledge in Oracle EBS modules including General Ledger, DRM, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Order Management, Procurement, EBTax, etc.
Experience with multiple full-life cycle implementations
Solid understanding of multi-org, multi-currencies, Chart of Accounts, Flexfields, Global Consolidation System
Well versed and ability to deliver documentation based on Oracle's AIM Methodology
Experienced with Financial Close / Consolidation, Inter-company, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash processes
Proficient in collecting requirements and designing for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Configurations and Enhancements), data conversion, data mapping and conversion strategy
Strong inter-personal skills to interact with business partners to interpret needs into actionable system requirements and deliverables
Strong project management skills which include balancing multiple priorities with aggressive timelines and budget initiatives.
Ability to work effectively with a mixed team of internal company resources and external consultants in a multi-cultural environment. Good at learning and teaching others.
Excellent process orientation with analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to self-motivate and adapt to new applications and technologies.
