As the Director of Planning at Intel's Agency Inside, you will lead the team responsible for representing the consumer throughout the agency's creative process while also possessing and promoting a deep understanding of Intel's business. You and your team will unearth key insights to inspire and drive the development of impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers - both on the consumer and B2B sides. Insights from creative briefs authored by you and your team will serve as the launch pad for the conception of amazingly innovative, beautiful, and meaningful work. Success will not be measured just by awards won, but rather but the growth and success of the business we support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop creative briefs that bring to life the consumer, highlight key insights and inspire the creative teams to generate impactful concepts
* Review and approve creative briefs from partner agencies
* Steward projects through production ensure they remain on-strategy
* Offer strategic guidance throughout the lifecycle of campaigns
* Consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas at Agency Inside
* Identify planning processes/tools/etc which foster consistency over time and across projects
* Partner with Account team to drive internal project meetings (scoping, shaping and creative briefings)
* Take an active role in client presentations
* Ensure that work is on-strategy
* Develop and manage/mentor team
* Ensure success of Planning department responsibilities

What you'll bring to the table is your vast experience and your deep understanding of and appreciation for the consumer. You are a master storyteller, incredibly inquisitive and intuitive. All of these qualities work in conjunction so that you are able to demystify the consumer and the complexities of Intel's business for our creatives, propelling them to generate concepts that are strategically sound impactful, and innovative.

SKILLS
* 12+ years work experience
* 10+ years of planning experience at top agencies
* Experience with and ability to analyze a wide range of quantitative and qualitative information
* Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
* Proven campaign success
* Highly adaptable
* Proven success working in cross-functional teams
* Confident and clear communicator
* Experience managing and growing team
* Experience on tech brand(s)
* Proactive approach to problems and uncertainty
* Sense of humor
* Early adopter of technology
* Bachelor's degree
