The NA Gaming Marketing Director is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of Gaming technology marketing strategies, communications and initiatives that generate demand to hit quarterly / yearly financial plans. This includes driving calls to the call center and visits to dell.com resulting in revenue, unit and margin attainment, as well as driving awareness of Dell as a Gaming destination with best-in-class creative and media planning.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the NA Gaming Team (~6 team members), and oversee both the production of creative assets to reach our target segments plus continuous analytical assessment to understand (and report on) performance. This person will work closely with other cross-functional areas including Consumer Business Marketing, Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production and the Media Agency to design and execute campaigns.

Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of NA Gaming marketing plans.
- Work with Analytics, Merch and Finance Directors to develop quarterly demand plans for 4Cs (Clicks, Calls, Conversion and Close Rate). Monitor and socialize performance with appropriate recovery plans and/or opportunities for further growth.
- Generate campaign analytics to measure impact, monitor phasing, plan for vehicle and creative improvements ultimately contributing to overall P&L health
- Be accountable to vehicle performance (Calls, RUM, ROAS / MOAS), quality, deliverables and budget
- Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the NA Gaming Team including cross-functional Executives, peers and team members
- Develop a Gaming marketing strategy and contact strategy with CRM that improves awareness, drives engagement and ultimately results in conversion across Gaming audiences
- Oversee planning, campaign, creative and vehicle briefing process ensuring strategic priorities are top-of-mind
- Provide thorough and timely feedback to global creative / production teams on the various cycles of creative routings
- Work with Merchandising Team and Partner Marketing to socialize / align on briefs, review promotions, simplifying Gaming purchase path and encourage funding
- Collaborate with CRM, Media Planning and Agency to develop and execute a media plan that optimizes / targets various audiences and meets financial expectations
- Using various test results, key learnings, best practices and analytics, appropriately brief messages that meet needs of Gamers, grow active base and improve financial performance
- Able to provide clear direction to Agency on timelines and campaign expectations as well as provide insight on campaign performance in collaboration with CRM. Comfortable with challenging assumptions to drive business results.
- Deliver a marketing playbook that documents best practices and serves as a knowledge resource for NA Gaming. Innovate by testing new initiatives, technology, partners, vehicles etc.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, simplify, improve performance, and share best practices with other organizations

Requirements
- MBA Degree plus 6+ years of experience in Gaming technology marketing with a track record of measurable results
- Strong Gaming vehicle marketing capabilities with experience (+5 years) in developing and executing Gaming GTM strategies
- Familiarity with vehicle and media strategies, objectives and best practices
- Proven ability to use digital media to grow, engage and activate Gaming audiences
- Experience in merchandising, brand, media and/or partner marketing
- Strong analytical and budget management skills
- Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization
- People management experience
- Experience in managing agency resources
