Overall regional leader for all MW Insurance QE&A efforts
The full range of regional leader responsibilities including P&L of all Midwest insurance engagements QE&A services (~ $40 M +), business growth, providing consulting and thought leadership to clients, communication, coaching and staff development, staffing decisions in order to provide performance feedback and day-to-day coaching and mentoring to set appropriate performance expectations with direct reports
Liaison between QEA leadership, vertical and client QA leaders
Develop and discuss status reporting at regional level, work on the budgets for Cognizant staffing
Provide thought leadership, coaching and mentorship to Cognizant QEA team across multiple engagements
