Responsibilities:
Establish client relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals
Understand SLAs agreed with customer for project delivery
Participate in team selection for functional and technical roles
Proactively identify challenges, issues, and risks in project delivery and develop a mitigation plan working closely with the client team
Understand and apply Cognizant’s tools and methodologies for Application development and maintenance projects
Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings
Provide thought leadership in managing large projects
Streamline the onsite/offshore delivery model to deliver more value to the customer
Ability to position the SAP Practice value proposition to deliver value to the customer
Identify and close new SAP projects
Ultimately responsible for project QA, client satisfaction, and project team performance
Profile:
At least 15 years of IT experience with minimum 12 years of SAP experience
Experience of full lifecycle SAP project implementation, maintenance, or rollout experience in a lead role
Experience of leading large engagements involving SAP AMS in a global delivery model
Experience with onsite/offshore model will be good
Knowledge of Utility industry will be good
