Lead a team that manages all programmatic platforms and ad products globally in Weather’s ad technology stack.
Manage a team that oversees operations and yield for Weather’s global programmatic business. Responsible for revenue performance of all platforms across multiple delivery formats – display, mobile, and video.

Sophisticated understanding of yield and revenue maximization via automated 3rd party marketplaces. Understand partner landscape and deep experience with key revenue platform companies.
Experienced expert in operations, technology and revenue from open exchange RTB environment, preferred deals, private exchanges, networks, re-targeters and other automated demand partners.
Motivate and organize team to maximize revenue through platform set ups and optimizations across all types of inventory and data (location, weather, audience, etc.). Consider budgets and forecasts when making optimizations and driving towards goals.
Understand inventory forecasts and market/platform performance. Drive results through optimization suggestions and track through reporting in independent historical database.
Mastery of technical details behind digital ad serving. Drive team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing and launch of 3rd party ad tags including rich media, flash, gif/jpg and text.
Partner with sales and ad product to develop strategies to monetize 1st party and third party audience data, location data and weather data with key clients through programmatic channel.
Help grow US and International demand sources through optimizations of key networks that specialize in specific worldwide regions, as well as categories and/or audience segments.
Provide excellent partnership to our clients, media partners, 3rd party vendors, sales, business development, finance and other teams to ensure operations are transparent and campaign objectives are satisfied.
Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Product, Ad Product, Finance, Yield, Operations, and Sales.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
4-6 years of experience with programmatic operations and technology. 8-10 years of ad operations and management experience at a consumer Internet company
Strong experience leading revenue operations groups. Experience managing teams that oversee ad priorities, floor prices, scheduling, trafficking, optimizations and campaign management
Proven ability to lead teams to solve technical issues through troubleshooting of ad trafficking, setups and campaign management
Must have a highly analytical background with a desire to drive revenue.
Creative problem-solving mindset. Able to suggest solutions that break convention and open up new opportunities.
Must be a team player and enjoys a fast-paced problem solving environment. Foster and promote the same attitude from the team.
Must be capable of meeting aggressive and rapidly changing goals with competing demands. Foster and promote the same attitude from the team.
BS or BA required. MBA or other advanced degree desirable.
