Director Partner Sales Microsoft Bellevue

The role’s responsibilities include:
- Drive license sales through Dynamics channel, utilizing strong sales management processes (pipeline, forecasts, opportunity reviews, etc.) and direct customer’s interaction where required.
- Build, lead, develop, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Sales BDMs focused on selling through our Strategic Partners for both our CRM and ERP products.

- Drive Industry and Vertical priorities within Partner Channel and sales team, building L300 vertical knowledge in Sales PAMs/BDMs and accelerating selling with Industry/Vertical portfolios.
- Onboard, enable and sales activate strategic ISVs and NSIs in the US added via our Global or US Recruit Team.
- Build clear, repeatable, predictable engagement processes in how we work with our Partners on Dynamics vision, new strategies, year over year changes, etc. and be accountable to Mgd Partner SAT.
- Create clear and objectively measurable agreements for Partner capacity building that supports our growth goals across Dynamics (+40% AX L and CRM L yearly growth).
- Integrate with US EPG, SMSP, MCS and US Partner teams to drive license sales and mutual success across GSIs/LARs/Distis and account teams.
- Collaborate closely with Field SSPs, Industry SSPs and Field leadership on sales pursuits and partner management to drive license sales.
- Evangelize, personally and through the team, our Industry and Dynamics Products to our broader Partner community in public and private venues.

Position Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products, complementary Platform and stack solutions and competitive offerings.
- 10+ years of demonstrated solution selling experience directly and via a sales team, preferably in Business Applications and with Industry and/or Vertical expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years people management experience in managing team(s) with senior individuals in a direct and/or virtual reporting structure.
- Thorough understanding of medium to large enterprises from one or more perspectives; consulting, partner management programs, and 10+ years of experience.
- Solid experience in leading Channel partner efforts with Dynamics or competitive partners.
- Strong skills in: communication (oral, written, presentation) prioritization, organization, negotiation, execution ability, strategic thinking, customer service, budget and project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively impacting and influencing a matrixed organization.
- Ability to develop CxO level relationships and lead strategic initiatives at an executive level. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are also required.
