VP - Sales - Aarki - San Francisco


Job description
We are looking to bring experienced and passionate sales professionals on to the team with a deep understanding of the online/mobile advertising industry. You will have excellent relationships with relevant people at leading ad networks, publishers, and media agencies and will be responsible for developing mutually successful business relationships with them, representing Aarki. This is an individual contributor role as well as a leadership position for the regional sales team.
Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with relevant top tier ad networks, publishers, and media agencies focused on mobile
Create persuasive presentations using case studies to close sales deals
Support the sales cycle by effectively communicating the value of Aarki's advertising solutions
Work effectively with a variety of internal teams
Develop a deep understanding of our eco-system partners
Effectively report on territory account development and sales progress via CRM
Have informed opinions on our internal sales strategy and channel partner feedback, contributing to the development of our products and services

Manage agency and advertiser relationships to quarterly revenue and monetization targets
Drive awareness of mobile advertising within the agency and advertising community

Desired Skills and Experience
5-7 years of successful agency sales experience with consistent overachievement
Management experience and proven success in developing a sales team
Bachelor's Degree
Experience successfully selling mobile and/or online advertising solutions (CPM, CPC, etc.)
Strong relationships at all levels with target agencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as great listening skills
Goal oriented personality, committed to success and a strong work ethic
Must be comfortable calling on all levels of an organization
Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
Experience with CRM system
Highly self motivated with go-getter and can-do attitude, friendly, roll-your-sleeves-up individual who thrives in a smaller team/startup/entrepreneurial environment, where priorities (and sometimes tasks and responsibilities) are continuously shifting
Strong account optimization skills (analytical) and attention to details
