Job description
Responsibilities include:
A contributing member of the Senior Leadership Team and steward of company leadership fundamentals, initiatives, safety and cultural practices
Identify opportunities and initiate strategies to grow new machinery sales, globally
Develop and implement Sales Team Organizational structure to best achieve strategic growth initiatives
Design and execute insightful sales motivation programs that communicate objectives and align behavior
Initiate and nurture strategic customer relationships and support sales team members in relationship development
Demonstrate discipline to policies and practices designed to evaluate and shape projects in order to ensure success for the customer and the company
Work closely with aftermarket groups to ensure that the best interest of our customer and sustainable business model are always kept in the foreground

Responsible for recommending pricing and technical specifications to meet the company’s objectives
A contributing member of the Barry-Wehmiller divisional sales leadership team and an active liaison with the corporate communications and motivational teams
Develop and lead initiatives and relationship development with other industry OEMs
Champion customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Establish and maintain adequate departmental reporting and auditing principles to ensure attention to detail, timely and useful presentation of sales and marketing activity
Prepare and oversee forecasts and budgets for area of responsibility

Desired Skills and Experience
Education:
BS/BA degree

Experience:
10+ years of experience that includes leadership roles in sales and marketing as well as involvement in other business disciplines related to packaging, labelling or converting equipment manufacturing; in domestic and international markets.
