Pandora is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead all HR operations activities. This role is a unique blend of strategic and transactional work with two key areas of responsibility: leadership of day-to-day people operations that serves all Pandora employees and, operational excellence in key areas such as technology solutions, business process management, data integrity, analytics, reporting and vendor management,

The leader of this team will develop a strategy for the HR operations function with a focus on employee service, continuous improvement, efficiency, and globalization of standard processes and practices that support Pandora’s purpose and vision. A drive to innovate and invent new ways of delivering HR service is important.

This role will have end-to-end accountability for planning, transformation and delivery of operational people services supporting an organization undergoing massive growth and transformation.



We are looking for an exceptional leader with experience managing a customer service function at a global organization and driving HR transformation. The person in this role will be a strong people manager and committed to the growth and development of employees in the function.

The successful candidate will have 10 – 15 years of deep subject matter expertise in HR operations ,systems implementation, compliance, project management and driving process improvement through Six Sigma, Lean or other business process improvement tools., M&A experience is desired as well as a mature understanding of cloud-based HR technology systems.

Responsibilities:
Plan and direct the overall operation of a small HR service delivery organization to achieve top performance across multiple disciplines supporting a rapidly growing employee base (currently at ~1500 employees globally).
Conceptualize and deploy innovative practices (customer service, process excellence, technology, products/services) that have tangible long-term benefit to the company and employees.
Drive a high performance work culture and rewarding work environment.
Develop strong relationships across the HR team, key stakeholders and other internal and external partners.
Define and utilize metrics for HR operational performance measurement.
Maintain compliance in all practices while staying abreast of changing regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience running a People Operations team, preferably in a high growth, international company
Highly collaborative
Must work well in an unstructured, hyper-growth/fast-paced environment
Intense focus on the customer experience
Process-driven
Proven negotiation and influencing skills
Global perspective and experience
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
Exposure to cloud-based HCM tools, with a strong preference for implementation experience
Confident and humble
