As a Platforms Strategy & Operations Manager, you will lead strategy for a critical area of growth for Google - our programmatic business and the Google Ad Exchange (AdX). You will leverage your analytical, strategic and project management skills to help our senior leaders make informed decisions and execute quickly and flawlessly. Responsibilities
Develop compelling and insightful recommendations and lead execution against initiatives quickly and accurately
Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative information expeditiously that helps our leaders better manage the business (e.g., health metric setting, actionable dashboards, quarterly and annual planning)
Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with senior audiences
Ensure metrics used to track the business are consistent and the most relevant, and lead efforts to scale best practices across the Platforms business as appropriate
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of relevant work experience in consulting, software, Internet or media industries.
5 years of analytical or project management experience in the tech or media industries.

Preferred qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
Existing knowledge across adtech, programmatic ecosystem. Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
Superior ability to present to executives and communicate with management team.
Demonstrated ability to structure analyses and draw data-driven insights. Proven ability to independently drive workstreams with limited supervision.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
