The Marketing Director leads comprehensive field marketing programs for Central/Inside accounts within Client Solutions Group. The position oversees efforts to assess market trends, quantify opportunities, and develop programs to meet the growing needs of the solution and segments. The Director directs sales training and enablement efforts, and works with sales operations to better understand the needs and requirements of the sales force (buying/sales cycles, customer intelligence, etc.). Reports directly to the Vice President, Americas Client Solutions Planning & Sales.

- Directs the efforts of field marketing team members in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
- Applies broad knowledge of company’s product capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging opportunities.
- Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to identify opportunities to expand marketshare.
- Provides sales team with marketing roadmaps and training on key initiatives, industry trends and partner solutions.
- Determines most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize sales productivity.
- Ensures that sales and marketing teams understand and are able to fully utilize tools to enhance sales and marketing activities.
- Utilizes standard campaign methodology and metrics to track local/ BU marketing/sales efforts and drive program results throughout quarter/year.
- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective team.
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Qualifications
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience plus Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex business ideas in a clear, concise fashion
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- High level of initiative and strong business judgment
